Volunteer schedule (Central time)
- Setup: arrive at 11:30 a.m.
- Food: arrive at 1:30 p.m.
- Registration and charms: arrive at 2:00 p.m.
- Breakdown: 5:00–7:00 p.m.
The attendee event runs from 2:30–5:00 p.m. Location and role instructions will be provided by the organizer. Planning and games opportunities are also listed on the signup form.
